Salary of Junior Executive:

• Pay Scale (IDA) for Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1 level]: Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 140,000.
• Emoluments include:
  • Basic pay
  • Dearness Allowance
  • Perks at 35% of Basic pay
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA)
  • Other benefits, such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits, etc., as per AAI Rules.
• The Cost to Company (CTC) per annum for the Junior Executive position is approximately Rs. 13 lakhs
